Words cannot describe how excited I am to be photographing these guys’ wedding this summer. There’s been some good times with these two over the years, and I’m very grateful to be able to joining them for this one. Back in November the three of us and Ollie got together for a walk up Old Fort Point. There’s nothing quite like fresh snow in the Rockies. These are a few frames from that afternoon.
- Brian Jillian and James chose the perfect day to get married on a mountaintop. In the valley surrounding Jasper, temperatures were far too high on this late August day. Up on the summit of Whistler’s Mountain, however, it was a comfortably warm afternoon in the sunshine. Following their ceremony, the two newlyweds and their friends and family dined at Becker’s Chalet’s where they were staying for the weekend.

I had the pleasure of photographing my cousin Tom marrying his incredible wife Ashley. They are such a smart, confident, beautiful couple, it was an honour to be a part of their sunny summer day. Here are a few of their wedding photos.
- Brian Nadine + Yannick traveled all the way from Switzerland to say their vows with their two best friends. Their friends had moved to Calgary a year prior, and did most of the planning and preparation for their unique and creative wedding on Pyramid Island, a sunny end to the rainy month of June. This wedding is featured on Destination Inspirations Big thanks to the other wedding vendors who contributed to the amazing day these four shared.
